Meet Your Therapist - Shruti Sharma
Hi! I’m a psychotherapist based in Bangalore, and my journey into holistic healing began with my own quest for understanding life and its experiences. Through my personal healing process, I’ve come to embrace a blend of psychotherapy, EFT, somatic practices, inner child work, and spiritual tools like shamanic consultation and tarot. These modalities have supported me in making sense of life and reconnecting with myself, and I now share them with others in their own healing journeys.
My work is trauma-informed, inclusive, and queer-affirmative. I create a safe space for you to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. I believe in the power of self-compassion and the wisdom within you, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your inner strength and clarity.
